The Engrafo solution allows use of Active Directory or Manually created users
We do recomend that you use AD to manage and control users in the solution

Roles for AD groups
The Engrafo system will automaticall user the AD for user management.
User groups
There are 5 roles that can be used in Engrafo
Read | Users in this group can view data catalog and data usage documentations |
Write | Users in this group can edit and create data catalog and data usage documentations |
Portal | Users in this group can view the portal that holds information on documentation |
Config | Users in this group can create new templates, manage user groups, uploading SQL-scripts, etc |
Admin | Users in this group can create data catalogs, uploading metadata, administrate data catalogs, data documentations, edit frontpage, logos, titles, contact form, etc |
Use AD-groups to add privileges to the different user groups in Engrafo.
