Data Usage Overview
Exploring what your organizations data is used for and how it is all connected, is a very intuitive journey with Engrafo!
On the initial landing page of the Data Usage menu item, you will first see a search bar along side some filters. Here you have the ability to specifically search Engrafo for how your data is used. You can either do this by browsing the dynamic hierarchy and filtering by template and owner. But you can of course also use text based search using #tagged #keywords or free text. Search results will appear below in the tree-view list along side your favorite, last edited and newest documentations
Once you have found the “documentation” you are looking for, either by search or simply using the list, click it and Engrafo will bring you to the information page for that specific data usage information page.
On this page you will in an intuitive overview be presented with all information available in the template your organization have decided to use for this type of “job”.
In this example, the Template includes Input and output data, a description and some program elements.
