HealthDCAT-AP rule generator and export

First step when exporting Dcat is for an admin user to setup the prefixes in Engrafo. Go to System > Konfigurér DCAT. Click the create button to create a new prefix setup.

On the create page you will need to fill out the prefix, the corresponding URL and select which customfield belongs to said prefix. You can make the prefix element referenceable meaning it can be used as a reference when defining custom rules for how to export certain custom fields.

To create a custom rule you will need to click the icon next to the custom field name. Then you will be met by an input box where you can define your rule. You can insert references to other prefixes and their fields using the insert functionality on the left.

Once you are done with defining rules and setting up your prefix element hit save.

If you need to change values in Engrafo for a custom field only when exporting to Dcat you can use the Dcat-prefixunder Export Settings in System > Konfigurér DCAT. Any custom field starting with the defined prefix, will replace the value of an elemnet with the same suffix.

Export of documentation as Dcat can be found in Data-anvendelse. Where you click the export button at the top write of the tree view.

Choose DCAT/Tutle from the drop down and select which documentations to export. Then click Export checked.

Open

The export will start and will download a file containing your documentation as your defined Dcat.
