User administration

The Engrafo solution allows use of Active Directory or Manually created users

We do recomend that you use AD to manage and control users in the solution

Roles for AD groups

The Engrafo system will automaticall user the AD for user management.

There are 5 roles that can be used in Engrafo

Read	Users in this group can view data catalog and data usage documentations
Write	Users in this group can edit and create data catalog and data usage documentations
Portal	Users in this group can view the portal that holds information on documentation
Config	Users in this group can create new templates, manage user groups, uploading SQL-scripts, etc
Admin	Users in this group can create data catalogs, uploading metadata, administrate data catalogs, data documentations, edit frontpage, logos, titles, contact form, etc

Use AD-groups to add privileges to the different user groups in Engrafo.
