Configure Settings

As an administrator making sure that Engrafo both runs and looks smoothly is easy to do in the configuration settings. Here you will find options for when loading files, creating lineage, navigating the Data Catalog and much more.
Load Options
Below is a list of settings available for configuration when loading data and scripts.
Load Options
Auto delete CSV file minutes: Sets the max minutes a csv file is allowed to load before timeout.
Skip custom fields on data catalog: True or false is custom fields should be skipped on load.
Front Page
Type: Sets the front page type to the Demo Page
Script Runner Settings
Timeout: Sets the max amount of milliseconds a script is allowed to load before timeout.
Demo Page
Max amount of files: When the Demo Page is active, sets the max number of files allowed to load at a time
Max file size: When the Demo Page is active, sets the max size for a batch of files in bytes. By default 2097152 = 2mb
Connection String Settings
Timeout: Sets the max amount of milliseconds a connection string is allowed to load before timeout.
View Settings
Below is a list of settings available for configuration when viewing Data Usage and Data Catalog.
Lineage Options
Number of joints backward: Sets the default number of links going back in the lineage diagram.
Number of joints forward: Sets the default number of links going forward in the lineage diagram.
Temporary Data: Sets what schemas will be treated as temporary data, separated by commas.
Labels
Data Catalog Labels: Choose content of respective headers for Databases, Schemas, Tables and Columns in the Data Catalog
Data Usage
One Column Custom Field in unit: True or false if fields in data usage should be shown in one or two columns.
Template Options
Template colors: Change colors for individual Data Usage templates as well as the Engrafo standard color.
